Collections based on trend

Collections are ways to tell a seasonal trend story throughout the year to show relevancy. By creating collections you can show up throughout the year where and when your consumer wants you, even if they don’t know it. Collections create opportunities to tell stories and continuously show newness in the assortment.

Below are some examples of collections I have created. You will see the inception of the story, based on trend forecasting, a narrative to a story to tell, and print direction.

Coastal Summer

Summer 2025 is a sardine girl summer. This trend initially started from tracking summer hot spots and the aesthetics around that aspirational trip. When I started researching and creating this story it was focused around sardines, lobsters, oysters, blue hydrangeas, and everything east coast Americana summer.

Western Noir

This story draws inspiration from western aesthetics but for everyday. The collection was intended to have the grittiness from a true cowboy but could also be worn to Stagecoach. The darkness of the story spoke to a romanticized life on the ranch. The cloudless nights with no city lights.

The most wonderful time

Rooted in nostalgia, but with a sprinkle of holiday glamour. Dreamy dinner party vibes where guests are decked out with sparkle and glitter. The trees doused with a healthy amount of tinsel, welcoming you to toast to the most wonderful time of the year.

Confetti of Blossoms

A spring story that feels light, bright and refreshing is what we all need after a cold, dark winter. We are ready to get back outside and flock through the blooming flowers. Spring is romantic and feels like a fairytale leading us to our happy ever after. Where ever you are headed, make sure to stop and smell the roses along the way.

Vintage Vacation

The Vintage Vacation collection was inspired by a summer abroad soaking up historical architecture and art with picturesque views. Slowing down and wondering cobblestone streets and stopping for an afternoon Aperol spritz. Eating fresh pasta with your closest friends, not worrying what day or time it is. Soft, sun-soaked hues and vibrant citrus that evokes a painting on a postcard.

This collection was paired with a Lake Como brand trip to bring the inspiration to life.
